Project: Branding for Startup
When I was joining the Kush.com team, they were in the process of a complete rebrand. While the project had already started, it had yet to get anywhere. Unhappy with who they had hired, Kush.com asked that I take on the challenge. The result is a well-thought out logo with hidden meaning.
MORE THAN A LEAF
Growing beyond the leaf was important to the brand. It signals that Kush.com is your professional, trusted choice for agricultural information that affects legal cannabis and hemp.
Without directly including a leaf, the new glyph aims to look like a cannabis bud sitting on its side. While the imagery is not instantly recognizable, the indiscrete nod is exactly what Kush was looking for.
