Ask a Lender produced the first ever, data-driven rankings of the best mortgage lenders in the United States by city and state. In order to engage our lenders, we gave them the chance to optimize their ranking(s) for a small fee. In order to sell the rankings, we first had to explain what they were - enter the one sheet you see here.
